The genre bending visionary earned an Emmy nomination by pioneering the fusion of classical ballet and street dance. Created the trailblazing group “The Lockers”, with Don Campbellock’s dance, they established ‘street dance’ as an American art form. Crowned the “Goddess of Go-go” by Tarantino, receiving many awards such as an Emmy, 2 Bob Fosse awards, multiple video awards and HHI’s “Living Legend of Hip Hop”.  Her gold and double platinum song “Hey Mickey” and Grammy nominated videos are in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Museum of Modern Art dance calendar, and a top category on “Jeopardy”. A dance historian, performing, going viral in her 80s, proving groundbreaking artistry has no expiration date.
